These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the car rental services provided by Shubho Yatra. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Rental Agreement

• Upon confirmation of your booking, a rental agreement will be generated outlining the terms of your rental. This agreement must be signed prior to vehicle pickup.
• The renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance, and payment must be completed to confirm your reservation.
• Rates may vary based on demand, vehicle availability, and rental duration.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the rental period will incur a cancellation fee of [insert amount or percentage].
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the rental start time.

4. Vehicle Use

• Rented vehicles must be driven only by the authorized driver(s) listed in the rental agreement.
• The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving.

5. Insurance and Liability

• All vehicles are insured; however, the renter is responsible for any damages incurred during the rental period.
• In case of an accident, the renter must report the incident to Shubho Yatra and the authorities immediately.

6. Fuel Policy

• Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to do so will result in a refueling charge.

7. Late Return

• Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time. Late returns will incur additional charges based on the hourly rate.
